Buy Online, Ship to Home
Placing an order on sourceforsports.ca is easy. Simply add items to your cart, enter the Checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order.
Buy Online, Pick Up at Store
The fastest way to get your order in-hand is to place your order online then go pick it up at the store you selected at the Checkout, which is one of many participating Source for Sports stores across Canada. If the item is available for in-store pick up, the store's availability will be identified on the product page before adding the product to your cart. Once you decide to enter the Checkout, you will have an option to pick it up locally to save on shipping. Once your order is ready for pickup at the store you choose, we'll email you and you'll have 3 days to pick it up.

If you're wondering why you can't pick up a product at your local Source for Sports store, it might mean that that location doesn't sell that product or support that sport category. If they do, it's possible that they just are not selling gear online. Each Source for Sports store across Canada is locally owned and operated and caters their business and gear to the needs of their community.
Want to know what is happening with your order? Once your order has been confirmed and shipped from our store(s), we'll send you a detailed email outlining the Tracking Numbers for anything that is in transit. You can then use these Tracking Numbers on the shipping providers website(s) to track your package in transit. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Account on sourceforsports.ca and review your Order History page detailing all of your transactions.
Simply navigate to the item(s) you are interested in to access the Product Details Page showing all product details, images, and pricing of the products, select any sizing and colour requirements available to understand the availability of the product, and click the Add to Cart button once you're ready to add to your cart. Once you do this you will be asked to Checkout or to Continue Shopping. Selecting Checkout will start the Checkout process by showing you what is in your cart (My Cart). From here, you can decide to pick up this item(s) up at your local Source for Sports store or have your order shipped directly to you.
Not every store will fulfill online orders and only designated fulfillment stores may ship product and accept online pick up in store orders. If your closest store or local Source for Sports store is not shown in the store selection list and you wanted to order directly through your favourite location, you may want to contact this store and order directly through them.

Sometimes this happens, but you can always contact our Customer Service team and we'll work with the local store to provide this. Alternatively, you can contact the store directly who was routed your order, which is identified in your Order Confirmation email.
Simple – there are a couple of ways to find your Order Number after you place your order the website.
1.Find your Order Confirmation email that was sent to you after you submitted your order. The Order Confirmation number will be in found in the top of your email and will start with the prefix “#SFSCA-”.
2. Login to your account on sourceforsports.ca. You can locate your Order Number navigating to your Order History, which allows you to review all past orders you have submitted.
If an order is deemed "Undeliverable" by one of our shipping partners, it will be taken to the regional pick-up facility and will remain there until you pick up the parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel after 5 business days, the parcel will be returned to us at your cost. Once the parcel is returned to the designated fulfillment store, you will be refunded in full minus all shipping costs. This includes the cost to send the parcel to you and the cost to return the parcel to us as well as any additional fees from our shipping partners.

Reasons a package may be deemed undeliverable:
Address or postal code was incorrect. No one was home to sign for the package. Address has a block on shipments. Package was damaged or would not fit on the delivery vehicle. Shipping partner was unable to access the property. Package was damaged during transit. Package was refused by someone at your location. The shipping company deemed that there was no safe location to leave the package.
All edits or updates to your order after you have submitted it through the website need to be communicated to our Customer Support Team by emailing support@sourceforsports.com. Orders can be edited up until 15 minutes after the order has been placed.
You can track your order through a supplied Tracking Number found on your Order Shipment email confirming that your order is in transit, logging into your personalized account on sourceforsports.ca, and through by emailing our Customer Support Team (support@sourceforsports.com).
Products can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also Email or speak with one of our well-trained staff over the phone to get the answers to any questions you may have. Please note our fulfillment stores are located across the country and are staffed during regular store hours, we will respond as soon as we can.
Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard as methods of payment. All orders are subject to our verification process to authorize valid payment. In order to prevent fraudulent activity, we must verify all "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Please make sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that corresponds with the credit card you are using. An error in the information submitted may cause a delay in the shipment or may have your order cancelled completely.
In the event that the site detects potential fraudulent patterns as defined by our fraud detection rules, one of our representatives will contact you directly to verify your purchase. These fraud rules are put in place to safeguard you, our valued customers.

We strive to have all orders shipped out the next business day. Due to this, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before placing an order, please ensure all your information is correct before submitting.
If you have submitted an order by mistake, or simply changed your mind, you can request to have your order cancelled here. Enter your email, order number (e.g. #SFSCA-99999) and shipping address' postal code, and click submit.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will attempt to halt any in-progress shipments, and our support staff will process a refund within 3 business days.
Note that an order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled - if we receive your cancellation request after a shipment has been prepped for delivery, we will make our best effort to halt the delivery, but if the order has already been shipped, you will need to instead open a return.
Once an order has been cancelled, we are unable to reinstate the order. It is recommended that you replace the order online.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change or edit a shipping address. You may cancel the order, provided it has not shipped, and replace the order online.
