If you have submitted an order by mistake, or simply changed your mind, you can request to have your order cancelled below. Enter your email, order number (e.g. #SFSCA-99999) and shipping address' postal code, and click submit.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will attempt to halt any in-progress shipments, and our support staff will process a refund within 3 business days.

Note that an order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled - if we receive your cancellation request after a shipment has been prepped for delivery, we will make our best effort to halt the delivery, but if the order has already been shipped, you will need to instead open a return
