Frequently Asked Questions

Online purchases made between November 25 and December 25, 2024 on our website may be eligible for a refund until January 31, 2025. We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges between December 26, 2024 and January 3, 2025. To understand if your online order is eligible for a refund please read our full return policy.

Also note that our stores are all independently owned and operated, and each location may have their own in-store return policy for in-store purchases. Please see store for details.

We understand it is difficult to determine how a product is going to fit when looking at it on a computer screen or mobile device. Due to this, we've simplified our return policy with our no-questions asked 30-Day Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return unused items in new, unused condition within 30 days after purchase.

*As each of our stores are individually owned and operated, all returns must be sent back to the original store that fulfilled your order. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Clearance items and some other specified products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless defective. See Return Exceptions for a list of exclusions.

There are multiple ways to open a return for your online order with from sourceforsports.ca. You can use our easy and convenient self-service return portal, contact the store that fulfilled your order, or contact support@sourceforsports.com for help. However, the easiest method is to use our return portal to request your return shipping label. See Online Customer Self-Serve Returns Portal to learn more.

If you did not receive a packing slip, please contact support@sourceforsports.com who can track this down for you.

1. Online Customer Service Self-Serve Returns Portal

If you cannot return your product(s) to the store that fulfilled your order in person, please visit our customer self-service Return Portal at any time within our 30-day return window. Return shipping fees associated with your return will be deducted from your refund total onto your original method of payment. These costs will be shown at the time the return is opened. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days once received back in store in new, unused condition.

If there are any issues with your order, instead of opening a return online, please reach out to our customer service team emailing support@sourceforsports.com.

2. Visit the store that fulfilled your order.

We recommend contacting and visiting the store who originally fulfilled your online order. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days once received back in store in new, unused condition.

Note: Refunds are not processed at the store but rather processed at the Source for Sports Head Office who operates the national web store.

Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return items to your closest Source for Sports store.

In the event you cannot ship your product(s) back or visit the original fulfillment store, we recommend contacting your local Source for Sports to see if they can coordinate the return shipping process for you. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping fees associated with your return will be deducted from your refund total onto your original method of payment.

Please allow for a little extra time to process a refund or credit to your credit card on file, as all refunds will be processed once the original store has received the product(s) back in new, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the product has been received at the original fulfilling location.

4. Contact Customer Service Directly

You can also reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing support@sourceforsports.com or calling our Customer Hotline at 1-888-277-3555. Customer Support operates Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm EST but available via email anytime. Your email will be addressed in order of receipt.

Use the Return Portal here to quickly open a return and to retrieve your return shipping label for product(s) purchased from sourceforsports.ca.

To be eligible for a refund simply ensure that your product(s) are in like-new and in unused condition, the same condition you received your products, and returned within 30 days of purchase from the date of transaction (not the date you received your order). Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless defective. Also, ensure that you return your items in the original packaging that came with your product(s) and any warranty cards, information, or any paperwork that goes along with the product from its original packaging. Product tags must still be attached to the item to be eligible for a refund. Don't forget your receipt and packing slip as we cannot issue a full refund without this as you may only receive a store credit in absence of this.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a return is ineligible. If a product breaks after 30 days, you will likely be eligible for a return through the manufacture and you will need to work with the manufacture directly.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being eligible to be returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

• Clearance (Final Sale)

• Jocks & Undergarments (Including Base Layer Bottoms)

• Mouth Guards

• Used Products

• Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders

• Customized Product (Including Jerseys)

• Pro Return, Used, or Demo inventory (Items marked as "-USED" in the product description)

• PPE/Fabric Face Masks

• Ski Goggles

• Swimwear (worn or unworn)

• Skis or Snowboards that have been mounted

• Tents

• Sleeping Bags

• Camp Stoves

• Figure Skates (cannot be returned if the blades are sharpened and toe picks removed or altered in any way)
