Each Creative Request Form represents one (1) project. If your project requires multiple creative elements, please indicate above using the check boxes and spaces provided. A 15-business day turnaround is in effect for all requests, and project deadlines will reflect this date. Once a request is fully completed and submitted, you will receive a concept design within 7-10 business days. Each project will be treated separately and will follow the terms and conditions found here within.

Each project will be billed to the Member at $35/hr., and will be quoted based on the submission of the Creative Request Form. A time sheet will be created to record and calculate the total hours and cost per project. This time sheet requires signoff by both parties upon completion of the project. Please note, there is no charge for Logo and External Signage requests.

Two (2) revisions will be supplied based on the initial concept design submitted. Each Request For Revision can take up to 5-business days to complete. If additional revisions over the agreed 2 are required, Source For Sports Marketing cannot guarantee that your project will meet your specified deadline. Please be sure to supply information as complete as possible to limit the amount of revisions and reduce the turnaround time. Once the artwork is approved, Source For Sports Marketing will issue the final files, URL and any working / source files to the Member.

Logo requests do not follow the same timeline and will be sent to you within 5-business days.

Source For Sports Marketing has access to high-resolution image banks and products. However, if we cannot supply images requested, the Member (Store) must supply the high-resolution imagery. If both our parties cannot supply the files, the purchase of images may be required and the Member will be billed based on the purchase price and quantity of images needed to fulfill the request. The request to purchase images may increase the project timeline.
